Azabu is one of the branded areas in the center of Tokyo. While known for its glamorous image, the residential area centered around Azabu Juban maintains a comfortable environment where traditional kindness is preserved despite its central location. "Park Court Azabu Juban The Tower" was created based on the concept of "Premium Confidence," a fusion of "quality" and "trust." It started with the perspectives of "forest," "art," and "healing" to embody these qualities in an urban mansion.

Forest:
The "Aqua Garden" courtyard is intended to be a forest for the city, providing solace not only to residents but also to the local community, connecting the forests of Mita and Azabu-Dai. In this collaborative space, the changing seasons are marked by the flowering sempervirens, fruiting tabunoki, the beautiful autumn leaves of the iroha maple, and the shirakashi trees softening the cold north wind. The tranquil water feature reflects another blue sky of Tokyo, while the shade of the trees gently overlaps with artfully placed benches, creating a forest that invites peaceful contemplation.

Art:
Nearby Roppongi, a stone's throw from Azabu Juban, has matured into an area known as the art triangle, home to the National Art Center, Suntory Museum of Art, and Mori Art Museum. "Park Court Azabu Juban The Tower," aspiring to be a landmark of the town, aims to be a source of excellent environment not only for its premises but also for the surrounding area. It features 159 art pieces, resembling living in an art museum, with works by artists such as Takasuga Takamasa, Oni Kengo, Ryuma Ii, and the glass sculptor Iwataruri. These artists were brought together by Toshio Shimizu, the art director for Tokyo Midtown. The artwork, under the concept of "Art Nurturing the Town," will contribute to the community and continue to inspire.

Healing:
Living in the heart of the city is dynamic and active, at the forefront of the times. From this desire for a restorative space even in the city center, "Park Court Azabu Juban The Tower" has created an indoor forest, bringing abundant water and greenery into the home. The "Healing Forest," actualizing a space of solace, is designed by "AXIS," known for proposing living spaces with design. It provides a calming healing environment complemented by water and natural greenery. The attached library offers a rare urban space where one can relax and read while feeling close to nature. It offers the richness of having a forest within the home, providing a way to relax that is befitting of city life.
