A Rare Residential Development in Seijo

While central Tokyo continues to see large scale developments along main roads, the quiet residential district of Setagaya Seijo is strictly regulated, making it difficult to build new apartment complexes. Many plots of land remain underutilized. Deuxfle Base Seijo transformed such land into a unique high density project of 14 maisonette style residences, introducing new value to urban living.

It received the 2015 Good Design Award from the Japan Institute of Design Promotion, as well as the 5th Excellent Business Award from the Japan Housing Industry Association.
