■About Minami-Azabu
Minami-Azabu is a sought-after neighborhood in Tokyo, popular with international residents and globally minded Japanese alike. The area offers convenient access to business centers such as Roppongi Hills, foreign embassies, international schools, and cultural attractions. Residents enjoy boutique shopping and fine dining options, including Michelin-starred restaurants.
■The History of Azabu
Azabu emerged as a distinguished residential district in the 1630s, when the Shogun's loyal samurai chose it as the location for their private estates. As Tokyo transformed into a modern metropolis, Azabu's reputation grew accordingly.
During the Meiji era and Japan's opening to the world, Azabu became home to the American Legation's first establishment in Japan. The neighborhood continued to develop, welcoming new urban train lines, entertainment venues, department stores, and boutiques.
For both international and Japanese residents, Azabu has established itself as a desirable location.
■A Distinctive Design
Gravitas Minami-Azabu features a bold yet elegant exterior that conceals its generous interior proportions. Designed with sensitivity to its surroundings, every element has been carefully considered and crafted.
■A Grand Entrance
A light-filled entrance hall welcomes you, whether arriving through the main entrance or directly via the private two-car garage, which accommodates both a large SUV and a sports car simultaneously.
Beyond lies the staircase and elevator, illuminated by natural light from three-story windows. An adjacent entertainment room offers generous space for various uses, while an additional flexible room can be customized to the owner's specifications.
■The Bedroom Suites ( 4 )
Two bedrooms are located on each of the second and third floors, including the master bedroom, showcasing the quality and attention to detail throughout the property. Each features spacious interiors with large-plank honed wood flooring, advanced climate control, and large windows.
En-suite facilities include baths, crafted stone basins, quality fixtures and fittings, walk-in closets, and washlet toilets.
■The Master Bedroom
The third-floor master suite offers greater space and comfort. A bath sits alongside dual vanities with heated towel racks, while an expansive walk-in closet features quality installations, lighting, and an open layout.
■Living, Dining & Kitchen
The living room features south-facing panoramic windows wrapping around three sides, offering views while creating an inspiring interior space. Fitted auto-shades ensure privacy, while 3.57-meter-high ceilings enhance the sense of space.
The kitchen and dining areas occupy their own defined spaces, opening directly onto the private rooftop balcony with views of Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Tower. Appliances include dual fridge-freezers, an integrated coffee maker, oven, microwave, Viking gas range, and more.
■Home Theater
A 25.5 sqm (approx. 15.4 tatami) home theater is located on the ground floor. This flexible space can also be used as a hobby room or workspace, easily adaptable to suit your lifestyle.
