Prior to arrival, all guests will receive information about checking-in. You will be greeted by a Property Manager at the apartment who will check you in. He/She will show you how everything works, get you settled in and give you the keys. Contact details will be provided after you have made your reservation. Guests can remain in contact with us via phone, or any app they prefer, i.e. iMessage, LINE, etc.
