The apartment comes equipped with fast in-house Wi-Fi for your convenience.

WE ALSO PROVIDE
We provide all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, including linen, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, shampoo/conditioner, hot water kettle, tissues, and cleaning supplies.

CLEANING
Each apartment is carefully cleaned and prepared before and after your stay. Additional housekeeping visits can be arranged on request and subject to availability and a charge.

CHECK-IN
You will receive check-in information prior to your arrival and move-in details after making your reservation.

CHECK-OUT
We will advise you on the details for checking out of the apartment after you make your reservation.

FEES
Move-out cleaning fee: 30,000JPY~
Transaction Charge: 4.25% of the total transaction amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 1-month notice for cancellations prior to your scheduled arrival date. In this case, we will refund the total amount paid, excluding the transaction fee.
