RELAX
All of our linen is professionally laundered before and after every guest. The bathroom has an on-demand hot water system, automatic toilet with heated seats and a bidet. We have all the basics covered from shampoo to body soap. We also have washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

CONNECTIVITY
The apartment comes with fast, in-house Wi-Fi.

WE ALSO PROVIDE
All the linen you will need, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, shampoo/conditioner, hot water kettle, tissues, cleaning supplies and an interactive map that shows the location of local grocery stores, recommended local bars, and restaurants and an emergency map.

CLEANING
We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart.

CHECK-IN
Prior to arrival, all guests will receive check-in information. Move-in details will be provided after you have made your reservation. Guests can remain in contact with us via phone, or any app they prefer, i.e. iMessage, LINE, etc.

CHECK-OUT
We will also advise the details about how to check-out the apartment after reservation made.

- Move out cleaning fee: 30,000JPY~
- Transaction Charge: 4.25% of the total transaction amount.
