NTT Urban Development Co., Ltd. announced that the opening of its mixed-use development “WITH HARAJUKU”, located in Jingumae, Shibuya Ward, has been postponed.
“WITH HARAJUKU” is a new complex-type development with 10 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, situated within 1 minute of Harajuku station (JR Yamanote Line). Residences cover the 4th-7th floors and 9th-10th floors, with retail spaces and restaurants on the 8th floor and 2nd and 3rd basement floors.
The project was originally planned to open on April 25. After the government declared the State of Emergency to cope with the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, the company had been preparing towards opening on May 28, however, it has now been decided to further postpone the opening. The new opening date is scheduled to be sometime in June.
On the issue of rental apartments in the “WITH HARAJUKU RESIDENCE”, which started advertising for new tenants from February 27, there is no change for the scheduled move-in date at this moment.
