Sales Agents

The Opportunity:

You will be in charge of a large number of ultra-luxury properties in the heart of the city, including the Minato-ku area, which will allow you to acquire, or build upon, high-quality service skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in real estate sales transactions. Able to carry out all tasks from property showings to settlement by yourself.
  • Languages: Japanese business level, English business level. * In the case of Seller Representation (元付け), English is not required.
  • Japanese Real Estate License (宅建): Not essential, but good to have.

Head of Sales

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our business. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, client relationship management, and team development. The Head of Sales will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, ensuring revenue targets are met, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. This position does not require you to be a sales player, it is a management only role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy in alignment with the company's objectives
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyse sales data to assess team and individual performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop and implement initiatives to expand the client base and market share
  • Mentor and coach team members to optimize their performance and professional growth

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Tokyo real estate market
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Excellent bilingual English and Japanese communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset

Hotel and F&B Division / General Manager

About Us:

Resort Japan KK is a fast-growing company located in the stunning Japan Alps, in Hakuba Village, Nagano. We specialize in real estate brokerage, property management, and are in the process of building out a Hotel and Hospitality business.

Currently, we own and operate Nomad Hakuba and Blue Star Hotel Tsugaike, with our newest property, Cedars Tsugaike, set to open soon. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel division and drive our hospitality business forward.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and strategic General Manager with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to scale operations effectively. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in hotel openings and operations in Japan, possesses native-level Japanese proficiency, and is fluent in English.

Candidates with experience in business development, event planning, and marketing strategies will have an added advantage. A love for nature and winter sports is a plus, as our location in Hakuba offers an incredible work-life balance for outdoor enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Resort Japan hotels and F&B outlets
  • • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility
  • • Lead recruitment, training, and team management to foster a high-performance work environment
  • • Manage revenue, budgeting, and cost control to ensure financial sustainability
