The Opportunity:

You will be in charge of a large number of ultra-luxury properties in the heart of the city, including the Minato-ku area, which will allow you to acquire, or build upon, high-quality service skills.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in real estate sales transactions. Able to carry out all tasks from property showings to settlement by yourself.
• Languages: Japanese business level, English business level. * In the case of Seller Representation (元付け), English is not required.
• Japanese Real Estate License (宅建): Not essential, but good to have.

Key Responsibilities:

Position Overview:

We are a Tokyo-based real estate company providing real estate brokerage, development, and rental management services to individual and institutional investors in Japan and overseas.

The Rental Management Department, in cooperation with the Buying and Selling Department, and Asset Management, is focused on increasing the number of managed high-end rental properties in the city center, while promoting operational efficiency through DX.

We are looking for a person to manage the relationships with mainly foreign rental property owners. This person will be responsible for reporting and overall rental management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owner relations: business reporting, cash management, rent assessment, value-up proposals
• Progress management of overall rental management operations
• Tenant solicitation duties
• Renewal and move-out operations
• Building management
• Construction management

Qualifications:

• Business level English and Japanese (Chinese would also be useful)
• Must be able to communicate smoothly with foreign owners.
• No previous experience in rental management is required, but background and basic knowledge of real estate is desirable.

Nice to Have:

• Takken License, Real Estate Lease Management Specialist, or other equivalent qualifications.
