Design and Architecture
The complex will feature retail stores on the lower level, co-working offices on the middle level, and rental residences on the upper level. The building will seamlessly link living, working, and playing, offering a lifestyle that’s unmatched in Tokyo. Kengo Kuma’s design features small wooden boxes piled on top of each other, creating a unique look and feel with overflowing with greenery connecting to the city’s greenery. As the trees grow, the atmosphere will change with the seasons.

Greater Shibuya Area
The Tokyu Land Corporation have been designated to develop areas centering on Shibuya Station as the Greater Shibuya Area. They have redeveloped the area in the past, including Shibuya Hikarie and Shibuya 109, which are established as landmarks of Shibuya, Shibuya Stream, which opened in 2018, and Shibuya Scramble Square and Shibuya Fukuras Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, which opened in 2019. There is no doubt that the Daikanayama Project will become another famous landmark in Tokyo, and the location is expected to gain even more attention and will see an increase in traffic.
