We comply with the APPI, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the Real Estate Brokerage Act, and all other applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, rules, and industry standards relating to the handling of personal information.
- Purpose of Use of Personal Information
We use personal information obtained from our customers only to the extent necessary to achieve the following purposes and will not use such information for any other purpose except as permitted by applicable law.
- To provide brokerage services for the sale, purchase, and leasing of real estate.
- To plan, design, construct, supervise, and contract construction projects.
- To own, utilize, and manage real estate.
- To provide brokerage services for beneficial interests in real estate trusts.
- To provide real estate investment advisory services in Japan and overseas.
- To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described in Items (1) through (5), to provide personal information to relevant third parties, including transaction counterparties, entities engaged in marketing or solicitation activities, real estate brokers, the Real Estate Information Network System (REINS), property listing service providers, advertising agencies, financial institutions, judicial scriveners, real estate appraisers, insurance companies, property management companies, guaranty companies, and other related service providers.
- In connection with the purposes described in Items (1) through (6), to provide information regarding products and services offered by the Company and its affiliated companies, deliver products, provide after-sales services, and perform maintenance and other services related to property management.

We may jointly use customers’ personal data within the scope of the purposes described above as follows.

Except where required or permitted by applicable law, or as described in Section 2(6), we will not disclose or provide customers’ personal data to any third party without the customer’s prior consent.

We strive to keep personal information accurate and up to date.
To prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, destruction, or alteration of personal information, we maintain internal policies and procedures regarding the protection of personal information, periodically review and update such measures as appropriate, and implement appropriate organizational, technical, and administrative safeguards.
We also supervise our directors, employees, and service providers to ensure proper handling of personal information and respond appropriately to complaints and inquiries.
Where we outsource the handling of personal data to third parties, we enter into appropriate agreements and exercise necessary supervision over such service providers.
- Requests Regarding Personal Data and Contact Information
In accordance with the APPI, customers may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party provision of their personal data held by the Company.
Such requests may be made in accordance with the Company’s prescribed procedures (see note below).
We also welcome inquiries and complaints regarding our handling of personal information.
