Housing Japan Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) has established the following Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces. All officers and employees of the Company are committed to complying with this policy.
- The Company will respond to anti-social forces as an organization, rather than leaving such matters to individual employees.
- The Company will work closely with external specialist organizations, including law enforcement authorities and legal professionals, in responding to anti-social forces.
- The Company will have no relationship whatsoever with anti-social forces, including any business or other transactions.
- In the event of any improper demands or incidents involving anti-social forces, the Company will take appropriate legal action through both civil and criminal proceedings.
- The Company will never engage in backdoor dealings with, or provide funds or other benefits to, anti-social forces.
