How it works
Everyday Housing Japan uploads the best homes to become available to purchase or rent in Tokyo (and in some cases in key resort locations around Japan).
To sign up to a property alert simply perform a search on Housing Japan with your criteria and select ‘create email alert’ which you will find at the top of the search result listings after you have conducted your search.
Alternatively, you can also jump straight to a special property alert set up page by clicking on “request a property alert” link that appears at the top of a search page before a search is conducted.
Once set up, a property alert is sent every morning at 8am with the latest properties that match your stated criteria. You can then view only those properties and decide quickly if one matches your needs, before enquiring to begin the conversation with your agent. If no properties have become available that match your requirements, then no property alert will be sent to you.
You can set up as many property alerts as you wish and unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails you receive.
Your Information
Any data that you share with Housing Japan is stored within our internal systems and not shared with any third party. Records are kept for the sole purpose of providing you with property information and can be deleted at any time upon clicking on the unsubscribe link in a recently received notification.
