Azabu Kasumicho Park Mansion (麻布霞町パーク・マンション) is a 92-residence condominium at 4-13-23 Nishi-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, with eight floors above ground and one basement level. Mitsui Fudosan developed it as part of its Park Mansion series and Mitsui Construction built it. The building was completed in March 2000 and received a Good Design Award later that year.

*The building*
The site is a corner plot of about 6,800 m² on raised ground, set behind retaining walls. Mitsui Fudosan describes the land as linked to the Mitsui family and presented the building as the culmination of the Park Mansion series' first 30 years. Misawa Associates designed it with Mitsui Construction, and the frame is steel-reinforced concrete (SRC). The exterior follows the three-tier composition of traditional Western European buildings, while the grounds are an Italian-style garden with a water wall, a sunken garden and a formal parterre walk. When the Japan Institute of Design Promotion gave Good Design Awards to this building and Century Park Tower in 2000, they were the first for-sale condominiums to receive one.

*Services and shared facilities*
A front desk provides concierge service for residents. Shared spaces include an entrance lobby, a library and the Museum Corridor, where sculpture is displayed, and every residential corridor is indoors. The entrance has an auto-lock, and there are parcel lockers, trunk rooms with a monthly usage fee, an on-site refuse store, bicycle parking, guest parking and a 110-space underground car park. Mitsui Fudosan Residential Service manages the building. Pets are permitted, subject to building rules.

Layouts start from one-bedroom (1LDK) plans. Residences offered for sale or rent in recent years have been two- and three-bedroom layouts between 80.98 m² and 168.54 m².

Hiroo Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line is an 8-minute walk, and Roppongi Station, on the same line, is 14 minutes away on foot. Arisugawa-no-miya Memorial Park is 11 minutes' walk. The building is in the school districts for Minato City's Kogai Elementary School (6 minutes on foot) and Koryo Junior High School (5 minutes).
