Cielia Tower Minami Azabu (シエリアタワー南麻布) is a 27-storey condominium tower with one basement level at 3-19-23 Minami-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, a nine-minute walk from Shirokane-takanawa Station. Kanden Realty & Development Co., Ltd. developed the building, and Takenaka Corporation designed and built it. It was completed in July 2026 and has 121 residences.

*The building*
The tower occupies a 2,467.70 m² former office site beside Meiji-dori, and part of the old building's frame was reused. The district's 40 m absolute height limit was relaxed to 94.7 m because the plan includes a north-to-south walkway through the site, open space along the pavement, a plaza and a local disaster-prevention storehouse. A May 2024 MRC survey cited by the developer records it as the first building of 20 or more storeys among 41 new condominiums sold with a Minami-Azabu address since 1995.

The frame is reinforced concrete with viscoelastic damping devices. To meet shadow regulations, the floorplate widens above mid-height. The building is all-electric and meets the ZEH-M Oriented standard, and a Kansai Electric Power Group company supplies zero-carbon electricity through a bulk high-voltage connection.

*Shared facilities and residences*
The main shared spaces are a symmetrical entrance with a two-storey hall, a porte-cochère and a lobby lounge, and planting covers 19.87% of the site. Residents have a concierge service, delivery lockers and 24-hour refuse disposal. There are 50 parking spaces (49 mechanical) and 100 bicycle spaces, each with a usage fee. Kanden Community Co., Ltd. manages the building, with a daytime on-site manager. Pets are permitted subject to building rules.

Each floor has three to five residences off internal corridors. Layouts run from 1LDK to 3LDK and sizes from 42.94 m² to 174.24 m². Double floors and ceilings give ceiling heights between 2,500 mm and 2,950 mm. Dishwashers, disposers, underfloor heating and an IoT home system are standard, and premium-specification residences have timber entrance doors.

Shirokane-takanawa Station (Namboku and Toei Mita lines) is a 9-minute walk, Hiroo Station (Hibiya Line) 14 minutes and Azabu-Juban Station (Namboku and Toei Oedo lines) 17 minutes. On foot, Honmura Park is 6 minutes, Minato City Honmura Elementary School 8, Kitasato University Kitasato Institute Hospital and the Shirokane Plaza shopping centre 9, and Queen's Isetan Shirokane-Takanawa 10.
