City Tower Azabujuban (シティタワー麻布十番) is a 38-storey residential tower at 1-6-3 Mita, Minato-ku, developed by Sumitomo Realty & Development and completed in May 2009. The building is about 130 metres tall with two basement levels, holds around 500 residences, and is within a five-minute walk of Azabu-Juban Station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku and Toei Oedo lines.

*Design and structure*
The tower stands on the Mita Koyamacho East District, one part of a district plan covering roughly 4.3 hectares on the east side of Azabu-Juban Station. A joint venture of INA Shinkenchiku Kenkyusho and Nikken Sekkei designed it, and a Shimizu and Okumura construction joint venture built it. The frame is reinforced concrete with some steel on a direct foundation, and vibration-damping devices absorb seismic energy.

The exterior is clad in a blue-green glass curtain wall, and residences have Sumitomo's Dynamic Panorama Window, which runs from near floor level almost to the ceiling. The main entrance has a large canopy and porte-cochère and opens into a ground-floor lounge with a ceiling about 7 metres high. Corridors are enclosed and carpeted, and there is a refuse room on every floor.

*Facilities and residences*
Security staff are on site 24 hours a day, and the ground-floor concierge desk is staffed from 8:00 to 22:00. The Sky Lounge on the 24th and 25th floors is double height and has a bar counter. There are three guest rooms for visitors on the 3rd floor, community halls and a kids' room in the basement, a landscaped garden square, and a basement coach entrance for the in-building car park.

Layouts run from 1LDK to 3LDK, and sales data gives floor areas of 38.24 m² to 246.82 m². Most residences have floor heating and a bathroom dryer.

*Location and access*
Azabu-Juban Station (Namboku and Oedo lines) and Akabanebashi Station (Toei Oedo Line) are both within a five-minute walk, and Shibakoen Station on the Toei Mita Line is within 12 minutes. The Azabu-Juban shopping street is about five minutes away on foot, the International University of Health and Welfare Mita Hospital is close by, and Shiba Park and Zōjō-ji are to the east. Construction is under way on the Mita Koyamacho West District, the final phase of the same district plan.
