Grande Maison Shirokane-no-mori The Tower (グランドメゾン白金の杜ザ・タワー) is a 30-storey residential tower at 6-16-25 Shirokane, Minato-ku, Tokyo, on Platinum Street. Sekisui House developed it, and Taisei Corporation designed and built it. Completed in June 2015, it has 334 freehold condominium residences and one basement level, on a planted site of 6,889 m².

*The building*
Taisei used a tower rather than a slab block so that most of the site could stay planted. The building covers about 27 per cent of the site and greenery about 43 per cent. Trees more than 10 m tall on the eastern slope were kept, and around 20,000 more, chiefly native species, were planted under Sekisui House's Gohon no Ki programme.

The reinforced concrete structure combines Taisei's Hybrid TASS seismic isolation with LOYAL steel damper columns in the central core, to limit movement in earthquakes and wind. The tower is about 113 m tall, with blue corners and a white grid on the upper floors and earth tones lower down. Apart from some units, it is certified as Long-Life Quality Housing (長期優良住宅).

*Shared facilities and residences*
A main gate on Platinum Street leads to a double-height Grand Hall, with a ceiling of up to about 7.2 m, that looks down on the private garden at basement level. Mitsubishi Jisho Community manages the building, which is staffed 24 hours a day and has a concierge service. Residents have a café lounge, fitness room, guest rooms, trunk rooms, parcel lockers, interior corridors, guest parking, rental bicycles and a waste station on every floor. Pets are permitted subject to building rules.

When the tower went on sale, layouts ran from 1LDK to 4LDK, with interior areas of 42 m² to 194. m² and balconies of 8 m² to 40 m². Resale listings record hot-water floor heating, disposers, dishwashers and bathroom dryers with mist sauna, though renovated units may differ.

*Location and access*
Shirokanedai Station (Tokyo Metro Namboku and Toei Mita lines) is a 10-minute walk, Hiroo Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line) 13 minutes and Ebisu Station (JR Yamanote Line) 15 minutes. A Maruetsu Petit supermarket is 150 m away (2-minute walk) and Tokyo Metropolitan Hiroo Hospital 500 m (7 minutes). Shirokane-no-oka Gakuen, a public elementary and junior high school, is 540 m (7 minutes), and the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum 970 m (13 minutes).
