JPY 798,000,000
Mita Garden Hills East Hill (三田ガーデンヒルズ イーストヒル) is a 243-unit residential building of 14 floors above ground and two below at 1-4-57 Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Completed in March 2025, it is one of seven named buildings in Mita Garden Hills, a 1,002-unit development by Mitsui Fudosan Residential and Mitsubishi Estate Residence on a 25,246.57 m² site.
*The building*
East Hill, a reinforced concrete (RC) building, shares the development's main site with Park Mansion, North Hill, West Hill and Center Hill. Taisei Corporation handled design, supervision and construction. Hoshino Architects led the main design, and London-based Hopkins Architects reviewed the façade. The developers preserved and reinstated parts of the 1929 Postal Life Insurance Bureau building previously on the site. East Hill has three 11-person lifts and a 13-person service lift.
*Services and shared facilities*
Front service includes valet service and a concierge run with the Imperial Hotel. Park Mansion has a guest room, bar lounge and dining bar, and a membership-based pool, fitness room and reception room. Center Hill has a café lounge, work lounge, garden fitness area and mini store, and West Hill a spa with sauna and bedrock bath. Some facilities charge fees. A courtyard of approximately 7,700 m² holds around 130 plant species.
*Residences*
Published floor plans range from 2LDK to 3LDK, some with a den or trunk room, at roughly 67 m² to 130 m². Pets are permitted, subject to building rules.
*Location and access*
Azabu-juban Station (Namboku and Oedo lines) is currently a 6 to 9-minute walk, depending on entrance, via a detour around the Koyama Bridge rebuild. The developer expects 5 to 7 minutes once the footpath reopens, scheduled for November 2027. Shibakoen Station (Toei Mita Line) is 10 to 12 minutes on foot, and Mita Station (Toei Asakusa and Mita lines) 15 minutes. Rush-hour times from Azabu-juban, including transfers (daytime in brackets), are 2 minutes to Roppongi (2) and 12 to Shinjuku (12), both direct; 13 to Ginza (12) and Omotesando (14); 14 to Shibuya (14); 22 to Tokyo (21); and 33 to Haneda Terminal 3 (27) and 37 to Terminal 1 (30).
