Motoazabu Hills Forest Tower (元麻布ヒルズフォレストタワー) is a residential tower at 1-3-1 Motoazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Mori Building developed it as the central building of the Motoazabu Hills complex, and it was completed in May 2002. The tower has 29 floors above ground and three below, and 180 of the complex's 222 residences.

*The building*
Forest Terrace East, with six floors, and Forest Terrace West, with five, stand on either side of the tower. Mori Building and Takenaka Corporation are the architects, with Shozo Uchii as design director, and Takenaka Corporation also built it. The design follows the developer's "Forest City" concept: the 96-metre tower widens towards its upper floors in the outline of a tree, and its roof and balconies are planted.

The tower sits on seismic isolation and has concrete-filled steel tube (CFT) columns. According to Mori Building, layouts range from one to four bedrooms.

*Services and shared facilities*
The front desk is bilingual and open 24 hours a day, and there is doorman and porter service. Housekeeping and laundry are also available, and owners pay extra for some services.

Shared spaces include the Sky Lounge and its open deck, the Sky Deck, a wine cellar and a rooftop garden for residents. There is also a pet washing station, and pets are permitted subject to building rules.

More than half of the site is planted. Four Seasons Hill, a garden that slopes up from the main gate, is the main green space, and cherry trees line the road outside the gate. Motoazabu Hills Spa, with a pool and gym, is on the grounds. Which facilities a resident can use depends on the type of contract and residence. Nishimachi International School runs a kindergarten within the complex.

*Location and access*
Azabu-Juban Station (Tokyo Metro Namboku Line and Toei Oedo Line) is an 8-minute walk to Exit 7, and Hiroo Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line) is a 14-minute walk to Exit 1. This part of Motoazabu is mainly residential, with embassies, temples and international schools in the area.
