Nogizaka Park House Minato, Tokyo

Nogizaka Park House (乃木坂パークハウス) is a 42-residence condominium tower at 8-11-38 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo, with 25 floors above ground and one basement level. Mitsubishi Estate developed it as part of its Park House series, and Kajima Corporation built it. Completed in June 2010, the tower is on Gaien-Higashi-dori, next to Nogi Shrine.

*The building*
Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei designed the tower with Kajima, using Kajima's Super RC Frame method, which keeps beams and columns out of the residences. The frame is reinforced concrete with some steel, and the structure is vibration-damping (制震). Floors 19 to 25 have one residence each, and lower floors no more than two. Fifteen of the 42 residences were not offered in the general sale. A canopy on black columns runs along the white tower's beige-tiled base. Owners hold the 1,107.48 m² site as freehold, and Mitsubishi Jisho Community manages the building.

*Services and shared facilities*
A porte-cochère leads to the double auto-lock entrance. Beyond the entrance hall, a lounge's glass wall faces a courtyard of trees and a water basin with an art installation. A manager is on duty by day and a security guard at night, and the front desk arranges taxis, house cleaning, dry cleaning and other concierge services. Corridors are indoors, and there are delivery lockers and a refuse store open at all hours. Parking for cars (27 mechanical spaces), bicycles and motorbikes carries a monthly fee. Pets are permitted, subject to building rules, and musical instruments may also be permitted under those rules.

*Residences and access*
Plans range from 88.31 m² two-bedroom layouts (2LDK and 2SLDK) to 176.87 m² three-bedroom (3LDK) residences, each taking a whole floor on the upper levels. Floor heating, a dishwasher, a disposer and a bathroom heater-dryer were standard at first sale.

Nogizaka Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line is a 3-minute walk. Aoyama-itchome Station (Tokyo Metro Ginza and Hanzomon lines, Toei Oedo Line) is 7 minutes away, and Roppongi Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya and Toei Oedo lines) 8 minutes. Nogi Shrine and Nogi Park are next to the site. Sanno Hospital is a 2-minute walk, with Tokyo Midtown about 5 minutes and a My Basket supermarket 6 minutes. The address is in the school district for Minato City's Akasaka Elementary and Akasaka Junior High schools, which together form Akasaka Gakuen, about 600 m away by the school route.
