Park Court Aoyama The Tower (パークコート青山ザタワー) is a residential tower at 2-3-3 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, three minutes on foot from Aoyama-itchome Station. Mitsui Fudosan Residential developed it with Iconique TMK, a special purpose company of City Developments Limited, and Obayashi Corporation built it. Completed in December 2017, it has 26 floors above ground, one basement level and 163 residences.

*The building*
The tower is reinforced concrete with some steel elements and has a vibration-damping (制震) system. Obayashi Corporation's first-class architect office also designed it. The curved façade follows the bend of the street, and residences have high sash windows. Bruno Moinard led the design of the shared and private interiors. Glass artist Emmanuel Barrois made the glass wall art in the entrance hall, and sculptures by Kan Yasuda stand in the second-floor garden. The freehold site measures 3,910.57 m² and holds 93 parking spaces. Mitsui Fudosan Residential Service manages the building, which scored 94 out of 100 (five stars) in the Mansion Management Association's evaluation published in February 2026.

*Shared facilities and services*
On the 26th floor are an infinity pool with a jet bath and steam sauna, a fitness room and a treatment room. The sky lounge, club lounge and screening room are one floor down, and a garden lounge on the second floor looks onto the private garden. Cars pull in under a covered coach entrance. Management staff are on site 24 hours a day, and a bilingual concierge arranges porter, home attendant and valet parking services. Some services and facilities cost extra. Rubbish can go out at any hour to the waste room on each floor.

*Residences and location*
Recorded unit sizes run from a 36.14 m² studio (1K) to a 234.04 m² 3LDK+S. The October 2016 general sale offered one- to three-bedroom plans of roughly 70 m² to 234 m². Pets are permitted, subject to building rules.

Aoyama-itchome Station, on the Ginza, Hanzomon and Toei Oedo lines, is a three-minute walk. Nogizaka Station (Chiyoda Line) is seven minutes away and Gaienmae Station (Ginza Line) eight. Aoyama Cemetery lies just south of the site, and Aoyama Park (North) is across Gaien-Higashi-dori. Aoyama-dori is about 200 m away, a My Basket supermarket about 250 m, the Meiji Jingu Gaien grounds about 400 m and Tokyo Midtown about 900 m.
