Park Court Azabujuban The Tower (パークコート麻布十番ザ・タワー) is a 36-storey residential tower at 1-7-1 Mita, Minato-ku, a four-minute walk from Azabu-Juban Station. Developed by Mitsui Fudosan Residential with Shin Nippon Steel Urban Development and Towa Real Estate, it was completed in May 2010 and contains 440 residences above one basement level.

*The building*
Approximately 130 m tall, the tower was the second project of the Mita Koyamacho district redevelopment. RIA and Kume Sekkei designed it, and Taisei Corporation built it. The frame is mainly reinforced concrete, partly steel-reinforced concrete and steel, with a vibration-damping (制震) system. The interiors and public open space hold around 159 artworks. The same development includes Park Court Azabujuban Mita Garden, a nine-storey, 60-unit building completed at the same time; figures here refer to the tower alone. The Park Court Azabujuban Tokyo towers under construction in the neighbouring West district are a separate project.

*Services and shared facilities*
On the ground floor are the concierge desk, the double-height Aqua Lounge, a Common Lounge facing the planted courtyard, a fireplace lounge and the Kitchen & Garden room. One floor up are the Active Forest fitness room and the Healing Forest, an indoor planted lounge. The Premium View Lounge is on the 24th floor and the Tower Suite guest room, charged separately, on the 25th, with the Tiara Deck on the roof. Some concierge services carry a fee. Staff are on site around the clock, each floor has a refuse room, and there are delivery lockers and a drive-in entrance at basement level. Pets are permitted, subject to building rules.

*Residences and location*
Layouts run from 1LDK to 3LDK, some with a service room (3SLDK), in sizes from about 42 m² to just over 160 m². Under the original specification, living and dining areas have underfloor heating and kitchens have waste disposers.

Azabu-Juban Station, on the Tokyo Metro Namboku and Toei Oedo lines, is a four-minute walk. Akabanebashi (Toei Oedo) is seven minutes away, Shibakoen (Toei Mita) 13 and Kamiyacho (Tokyo Metro Hibiya) 16. On foot, Nissin World Delicatessen is two minutes, the Azabu-Juban shopping street and International University of Health and Welfare Mita Hospital four, and Seijo Ishii supermarket five. Akabane Elementary School and Shiba Park are nine minutes away, and Tokyo Tower 11.
