Park Court Kita Aoyama (パークコート北青山) is a ten-storey condominium at 2-12-40 Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, developed by Mitsui Fudosan Residential as part of its Park Court series. Completed in May 2025, the reinforced concrete building has 28 residences and sits one street back from Gaien-nishi-dori, a five-minute walk from Gaienmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line.

*Design and construction*
Muramoto Corporation's Tokyo registered architect office (一級建築士事務所) designed and supervised the project, and the company's Tokyo branch built it. The building is entirely residential, with ten floors above ground and a gross floor area of 2,999.36 m² on a site of about 790 m². Staggered fins and window sashes run across its curved façade, which is clad in stoneware tile. At the street, a gate wall of concrete cast against tongue-and-groove cedar boards, so the grain shows on its surface, opens on to a planted, stone-paved approach under a louvred canopy.

*Facilities and residences*
Residents enter through a windbreak lobby hung with artworks, then a naturally lit entrance hall. Beyond the hall is a business lounge where residents can meet visitors without taking them upstairs, and the mail corner holds the delivery lockers. Facial recognition controls the main entrance and the residence front doors, which open automatically. Each residence has a multifunction box for parcel receipt, dry-cleaning collection and rubbish pick-up. Parking has flat and mechanical spaces, and there is bicycle parking. Mitsui Fudosan Residential Service manages the building with a day-shift manager, and pets are permitted subject to building rules.

Residences offered since completion include two-bedroom plans of 64.94 m² to 74.94 m², some with walk-in and shoe-in closets, and a 111.73 m² three-bedroom corner residence on the fifth floor. Listed residences have IH cooktops and bathroom dryers, though fittings can vary from unit to unit.

*Location and access*
As well as Gaienmae, Omotesando Station, on the Ginza, Chiyoda and Hanzomon lines, is a ten-minute walk, and Aoyama-itchome Station on the Ginza Line is 14 minutes on foot. The building lies between the Meiji Jingu Gaien district and the Omotesando shopping streets. Omotesando Hills is about 800 m away, Meiji Jingu Gaien and the Japan National Stadium are about 850 m, and Aoyama Cemetery is about 1,200 m. The designated public elementary school is Minato City Aoyama Elementary School.
