Premist Minami Aoyama (プレミスト南青山) is a residential condominium at 6-1-13 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, developed by Daiwa House Industry and completed in February 2014. The reinforced concrete building has eight floors above ground and two basement levels, with 84 residences on a 3,752 m² site, and Omotesando Station is a six-minute walk away.

*Design and construction*
Shimizu Corporation designed the building through its registered architect office (一級建築士事務所) and also built it. It is a single, purely residential building. The eight-floor count follows the Building Standards Act; the property registry and some listings record nine floors above ground and one below. Floors and ceilings use double-layer construction, and the structure meets Japan's post-1981 seismic standard. Cars pull in under a stone-paved porte-cochère, and the main entrance leads to a lounge and front desk. The Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni designed the shared interiors, including the entrance lounge, where full-height glazing looks onto a water feature.

*Services and residences*
Daiwa LifeNext manages the building under a full outsourcing contract, with staff on site 24 hours a day and a concierge service at the front desk. Interior corridors lead to the residences, and each floor has its own waste room. Shared facilities include a meeting room, delivery lockers and a seating area where residents wait while their cars are brought up from the car park. Every residence has its own storage room, there are motorcycle bays, and car parking is charged separately. Pets are permitted, subject to building rules.

When the building was sold, plans ranged from one-bedroom (1LDK) to five-bedroom (5LDK) layouts, including maisonettes, with interior areas from 49.54 m² to 227.49 m². Hot-water underfloor heating and a kitchen waste disposer were part of the original specification, although some residences may have been renovated since.

*Location and access*
The building is on a residential street in Minami-Aoyama 6-chome, between Kotto-dori and Miyuki-dori. Omotesando Station, on the Tokyo Metro Ginza, Chiyoda and Hanzomon lines, is six minutes on foot. The Nezu Museum and its garden are diagonally across the road, and the Taro Okamoto Memorial Museum, once the artist's home and studio, is on the same block. The address is in the school district of Minato City's Seinan Elementary School, about 300 m away.
