The Parkhouse Shirokane 2-chome Tower (ザ・パークハウス白金二丁目タワー) is a 27-storey residential tower at 2-5-20 Shirokane, Minato-ku, Tokyo, developed by Mitsubishi Estate Residence and Nomura Real Estate. Completed in July 2018, it has two basement levels and 172 residences. The tower faces the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo across Meguro-dori and is a five-minute walk from Shirokanedai Station.

*The building*
Takenaka Corporation designed and built the tower on the site of the Shirokane Chikuyu Club, a facility the company used to own. The structure is reinforced concrete on a direct foundation, with seismic isolation. The lower floors are clad in split-face natural stone, and the upper floors change to a grid of frames and glass. Concrete cast in German-made formwork gives parts of the facade a stone-like texture. The garden keeps the site's mature trees and follows the natural slope of the land.

*Shared facilities and services*
A covered drop-off leads into a double-height entrance hall with granite floors and marble walls. From the Meguro-dori lobby, a grand staircase built into the slope climbs to a second-floor hall on the north side. Residents share a public lounge and a private lounge, both looking onto the garden, plus a terrace and a reception room. A daytime concierge and building manager hand over to night security staff, so someone is always on duty. Some concierge services are charged. The building also has interior corridors, three lifts, parcel lockers, storage rooms, a pet foot-wash area, 24-hour refuse disposal and 92 mechanical parking spaces in the basement. Pets are permitted subject to building rules.

*Residences and access*
Layouts run from one to three bedrooms (1LDK to 3LDK), between 56.23 m² and 185.28 m². The 25th to 27th floors were planned to a higher specification. Resale listings mention floor heating, dishwashers and kitchen waste disposers.

Shirokanedai Station, on the Tokyo Metro Namboku and Toei Mita lines, is a five-minute walk. Shirokane-takanawa Station, on the same lines, is six minutes, and Takanawadai Station on the Toei Asakusa Line is 14 minutes. Airport limousine buses to Haneda and Narita leave from the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo across the road. Happo-en and the former residence of Seiko founder Kintaro Hattori are nearby, and the cafés and shops of Platinum Street are elsewhere in Shirokane.
