The Parkhouse Yoyogi-Oyama Residence (ザ・パークハウス代々木大山レジデンス) is a 140-unit low-rise condominium at 31-10 Oyama-cho, Shibuya-ku, a 7-minute walk from Yoyogi-Uehara Station. Developer Mitsubishi Estate Residence completed it in January 2026. Its three buildings, North Hill, East Hill and South Hill, share a site of just over 8,000 m², and the development rises to five storeys: four above ground and one basement level.

*The building*
The buildings are reinforced concrete, built to Japan's current seismic code. Toa Corporation designed and built the scheme, with design supervision by SKM Sekkei Keikaku Jimusho. Horizontal balcony lines and glass screens run across façades clad in Clay Meister Light, a hand-finished tile made by Oribe Seito. Residents come in through a double-height grand entrance, and a camphor tree about 10 m tall stands in the Centre Square. Local zoning restricts the site to low-rise housing, with a 12 m height limit. The Parkhouse Yoyogi Oyama, a nine-storey, 63-unit building completed nearby in 2023, is a separate development.

*Services and shared facilities*
The concierge counter in the North Hill entrance hall handles parcel shipping and taxi bookings at the user's cost. Residents share a Grand Lounge, Club Lounge, boardroom, private desks and rooftop terrace. The party room, golf range and guest room have to be booked and carry a usage fee. Other services include door-front delivery lockers, EV car sharing, rental electric bicycles and pet foot-wash stations. Pets are permitted subject to building rules. Mitsubishi Jisho Community manages the property.

*Residences*
Plans run from 2LDK to 3LDK, with floor areas from 63.05 m² to 153.13 m². Some residences have balconies or terraces about 3 m deep, and the development meets the ZEH Oriented energy standard.

*Location and access*
Yoyogi-Uehara Station (Chiyoda and Odakyu lines, West Exit) is a 7-minute walk, and Chiyoda Line trains from there reach Omotesando in 5 minutes and Otemachi in 19 without changing. Hatagaya Station on the Keio New Line is 11 minutes away. Yoyogi-Oyama Park is a 1-minute walk (about 60 m); Komaba Park takes 17 minutes on foot and Yoyogi Park 22. Odakyu OX supermarket is 7 minutes away. Nishihara Elementary School is an 8-minute walk and Yoyogi International School's Yoyogi campus 21 minutes.
