The Westminster Roppongi (ザ・ウエストミンスター六本木) is a 99-unit condominium at 6-16-11 Roppongi, Minato-ku, on the south side of Roppongi Hills. It was completed in 2003 as the Roppongi Arents rental building. The British property group Grosvenor bought it in 2011, renovated it and began selling the residences individually in 2013. The reinforced concrete building has 14 floors above ground and one basement level.

*The building and residences*
A joint venture of Sekisui House and Toda Corporation built the original structure to a design by JT Real Estate. The building has a vibration-damping (制震) system and stands on a 4,439.67 m² freehold site zoned Category II Residential. Grosvenor started its renovation with the common areas in 2013 and hired the architecture practice PDP London to redesign the lobby and residences, using wood, slate and marble to make the original interiors warmer. In December 2015 the project won Gold in the Best Refurbished Building category at the MIPIM Asia Awards. It had already received a five-star rating for residential renovation and redevelopment in Japan at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.

The concierge and front desk are open 24 hours a day with English-speaking staff. Residents also have a lounge and a basement fitness room, and the grounds have a Japanese garden, with cherry trees along the site.
