Toko Harajuku Paircity (東高原宿ペアシティ, also written Toko Harajuku Pair City) is a low-rise condominium at 3-3-23 Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku, between Harajuku and Kitasando. Toko House Co., Ltd. developed the building, which was completed in October 1976 and has five floors above ground and one basement level. Its 47 residences are split between two wings, A and B.

*The building and shared facilities*
Takenaka Corporation designed and built the property, and Toko House sold it as part of its Pair City series. The frame is reinforced concrete (RC), with a standard seismic design and no isolation or damping system. Red-brown brick tiles clad the façades, and both wings stand on a freehold site of 2,040.33 m².

The grounds are planted throughout, and the entrance hall looks onto an inner courtyard landscaped in a Japanese style. Each wing has its own auto-lock gate, and the residences open off carpeted interior corridors. Management is fully outsourced, with a building manager on site during the day. The building has delivery lockers, bicycle parking and on-site car parking; car spaces depend on availability and carry a separate monthly charge. Pets are permitted, subject to building rules.

Recorded unit sizes range from 42.93 m² to 251.13 m², and layouts from one-bedroom (1LDK) to four-bedroom (4LDK). Past listings have most often been two-bedroom homes of 73.88 m² to 92.11 m², and three-bedroom plans of about 130 m² to 137 m² are also on record. The fifth floor has a 251.13 m² residence laid out as 4LDK plus den, with 42.5 m² of balcony on two sides.

The entrance is set back from Meiji-dori in a residential part of Sendagaya 3-chome. Kitasando Station on the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line is a 5-minute walk. JR Harajuku Station on the Yamanote Line is an 8-minute walk, and Meiji-jingumae 'Harajuku' Station on the Chiyoda and Fukutoshin lines is an 11-minute walk.

The address is zoned to Shibuya Ward's Sendagaya Elementary School, about 350 m away, and Harajuku Gaien Junior High School, about 300 m away. Seijo Ishii's Sendagaya supermarket is about 230 m from the building and an OK supermarket about 400 m. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is about 900 m away, and Yoyogi Park and Meiji Park are each about 950 m.
