The surrounding downtown area is one of Tokyo's most exciting districts and a center of Japanese culture, fashion and business. A number of major international and Japanese corporate offices are nearby, and there is a huge variety of fine-dining, retail, theaters and business services all within easy each reach. A 24-hrs supermarket is just 30 seconds from the apartment and there are many good restaurants on the street in front. Shibuya Mark City is connected to Shibuya Station and includes the Mark City Mall, the Excel Hotel Tokyu, business offices, restaurants, boutiques and other shops

From Shibuya station there is quick access to the rest of Tokyo via a number of Metro and JR train lines (including Tokyo's major Yamanote Line) as well as direct rail and bus links to Tokyo’s two airports.

The beds are a comfortable Queen sized in the main bedroom, one single bed in the other; all with duvets and pillows.
All of our linen is professionally laundered before and after every guest. The bathroom has an on-demand hot water system, automatic toilet with heated seats and a bidet. We have all the basics covered from shampoo to body soap. We also have washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

The apartment comes with in-house Wi-Fi.

WE ALSO PROVIDE
All the linens you will need, hair dryer, an Iron and ironing board, Shampoo/ Conditioner, hot water kettle, tissues, cleaning supplies and an interactive map that shows locations to local grocery stores, recommended local bars, and restaurants, emergency map.

We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart.

Prior to arrival, all guests will receive check-in information.
Move-in details will be provided after you have made your reservation.

CHECK-OUT
We will also advise the details about how to check-out the apartment after reservation made.

- Move out cleaning fee: 40,000JPY~
- Transaction Charge: 4.25% of the total transaction amount.
