A short video tour of Hiroo, the leafy embassy district on the Shibuya–Minato border and Tokyo’s most established expat neighbourhood. The film moves through Arisugawa-no-miya Memorial Park, the Hiroo Shopping Street, and the quiet residential blocks around Hiroo Garden Hills, giving a sense of what daily life in the area actually looks like.
