Woodville Azabu (ウッドヴィル麻布) is a 28-residence condominium at 4-12-19 Nishi-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, with eight floors above ground and one basement level. It was completed in August 1988 as Homat Woodville, a rental building for international residents. NTT Urban Development and ReBITA renovated the whole building and began handing over the residences as condominiums in March 2017.

*The building*
Obayashi Corporation built Woodville Azabu with a reinforced concrete frame. The site covers 3,106.62 m² and the total floor area is 8,388.94 m². The building is on raised ground behind stone walls, surrounded by mature trees, and its entrance and grounds are designed in a Japanese style. NTT Urban Development bought it from Premier Investment Corporation before the renovation.

The renovation moved the drainage pipes from beneath the floor slabs to above them and upgraded the insulation. It also rebuilt the entrance and turned the roof into a garden. The sellers also set out a long-term repair plan that runs to the building's 100th year, and in 2017 NTT Urban Development and ReBITA jointly won a Good Design Award for the project. Owners hold the land as freehold, and NTT Urban Value Support manages the building under a full outsourcing contract.

*Services and shared facilities*
The entrance hall has a double auto-lock and a concierge counter. Residents share a lounge and a roof garden with a barbecue area. The building also has delivery boxes, an on-site refuse store, security cameras and lifts. The indoor car park has 27 flat spaces, and there is bicycle and motorbike parking, each with a separate usage fee. Pets are permitted, subject to building rules.

*Residences and access*
Floor plans range from two-bedroom (2LDK) to five-bedroom (5LDK) layouts, and many residences have a private garden or roof balcony. Most measure 170 m² to 180 m², but the larger plans, up to about 449 m², bring the average above 200 m².

Hiroo Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line is an 11-minute walk, and Roppongi Station, on the Hibiya Line and the Toei Oedo Line, is 13 minutes on foot. A Seijo Ishii supermarket and a 7-Eleven are a two-minute walk away, and the Nishi-Azabu crossing is close by. The Hiroo shopping street, Roppongi Hills and the Japanese Red Cross Medical Center are within walking distance. The address is in the school district for Minato City's Kogai Elementary School.
