New Project in Azabu Juban and Mita

The Mita Oyama-cho Nishi Area Redevelopment Project will be a complex of four new structures covering an area of approximately 2.5 hectares at the intersection of the sought-after Azabu Juban and Mita districts of the city.

The buildings will offer superior residential properties in concert with retail outlets, office space, garaging and educational facilities, while the wider redevelopment of the district will add green recreation spaces and transform the area alongside the river with the addition of a network of pedestrianized walkways and attractive waterfront plazas.

The 42-story primary tower will be 165 meters tall, offering excellent views across the metropolis, while the entire complex will have 1,409 residential units and underground parking for 506 vehicles. In total, the project will create 177,640 square meters (more than 1.9 million square feet) of attractive new accommodation, recreation and business space in the heart of the city.

Centrally located and within walking distance of the countless restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques of Azabu Juban, the district also enjoys excellent links to the rest of Tokyo thanks to convenient road and subway links. In addition, the property is within easy walking distance of the green spaces of Shiba Park.

Historically, this part of the capital was the site of a number of grand estates of “daimyo” feudal lords. Today, it is the location of several embassies – the diplomatic compounds of both Australia and Italy occupy former “daimyo” estates – as well as the elite Keio University. Consistently seen as one of the most desirable places in Tokyo to live, its quiet residential streets are favored by senior executives of multinational companies.
